Dr. Cordero-Moss has served as chairman, party-appointed and sole arbitrator on a number of arbitral tribunals - both institutional (ICC, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland, International Arbitration Court at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Oslo Chamber of Commerce) and ad hoc (international and domestic). She has also served as sole arbitrator in an investment arbitration administered under the SCC rules. She has served mainly in disputes relating to commercial cooperation, engineering-, licence-, supply-, agency- and consultancy agreements in various industries, including the energy sector. She is a professor of international commercial arbitration, international commercial law, private international law and law of contracts (Norwegian and comparative), and publishes and lectures extensively in these fields, in Norway and internationally. Since 2007 she is the delegate for Norway at the UNCITRAL Working Group II on arbitration. Since 2010 she is member of the Board of Directors of the Arbitration Institute, Oslo Chamber of Commerce and since 2001 of the Norwegian National Committee on arbitration and since 2003 member of the Commission on Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.
