More than 25 years of experience in counselling and litigation related to several offshore projects and land-based plants with various contractual concepts, including the Snorre oil platform, the Troll oil platform, the Troll oil pipeline, the Heidrun platform, the methanol plant on Tjeldbergodden, upgrade of Transocean Leader and Petrojarl, Snorre B, Norsk Hydro's production plant at Herøya, the Vincent project in Australia (FPSO), the Volve project (FPSO), the Ormen Lange production plant at Nyhamna and the Balder project.
Lead counsel and arbitrator in several disputes related to various issues related to hydroelectric power. As counsel represented, amongst others, the Ministry of Oil and Energy in several cases in the Supreme Court, Statkraft (including the parliamentary-nominated arbitration regarding co-ownership to Saltfjellet/Svartisen), Statnett, Hafslund and Sogn og Fjordane Energiverk AS.
