Oil, Gas and Energy Contract Law
Since 2004 assisted buyers as counsel in around 40 gas price reviews (including index adjustment disputes and price and volume adjustment based on competition law) as well as transit disputes. In this period, he has represented and/or advised clients in around 20 arbitrations, mostly international arbitrations under the ICC Rules and the SCC Rules. In addition, he has been involved in German and Norwegian ad hoc arbitrations. The relevant agreements have been governed by Norwegian, Swedish, German, Swiss and Austrian law respectively. Currently counsel to Ukrainian Naftogaz in its dispute with Gazprom.
