General Arbitration Experience
Acted as arbitrator, including as chairman, mostly in ad hoc arbitrations but also institutionalised (ICC and SCC) in Norway, Sweden and Singapore in disputes under Norwegian, Swedish and English law regarding shipbuilding and ship conversion contracts, insurance policies and charteparties.
Acted as counsel in Norwegian arbitrations regarding bills of lading, war risk insurance and pooling agreements.
