Asle Bjelland leads Thommessen's litigation- and arbitration group. He operates as counsel mainly within the energy sector and construction law, both onshore and offshore. He has litigated numerous cases at all levels in the Norwegian court system and in arbitration. Previous and ongoing cases include major disputes regarding offshore EPC platform contracts, EPC onshore process plants, modification contracts FPSO, shipbuilding, real estate and contracts regarding pricing and delivery of electricity.
